In order to offer them a very tailor-made and personalised service, requests and appointments can be made in our boudoir atelier located in Brussels, the capital of Europe, but also by Teams, Zoom and Whatsapp.

Packaging
First of all, Fabienne Delvigne carefully wraps the hats in tissue paper. They are then placed in a black hat box signed Fabienne Delvigne. These boxes are made to measure for the Maison.
Then we place a certificate of authenticity next to the hat. Finally, we delicately perfume it with Eau de Cashmere by Guerlain. This reminds us of a beautiful collaboration between our two Maisons.
