Delivery options and fees
For each order, we offer you standard or express delivery to the address of your choice in Belgium and in over 190 countries and regions worldwide.
Please note that the delivery price will vary depending on the destination and the selected delivery method.
Delivery time
Once the manufacturing period has passed, your orders will be delivered within 2 working days for Belgium, 4 to 6 days for Europe, and 5 to 10 days generally for the rest of the world.
Under no circumstances may failure to meet this deadline be held against La Maison Fabienne Delvigne, nor shall it give rise to termination of the contract or any claim for damages.
Maison cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier, particularly in the event of a strike, disruption or any other event beyond its control, and such delays shall not give rise to any compensation.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Returns policy
Unless otherwise stated, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return your order in whole or in part. To do so, please send us an email at returns@fabiennedelvigne.com explaining why you wish to return your order to us.
In accordance with our purchasing conditions, we ask you to observe the following conditions for each return or exchange:
- All returns or exchanges must be requested in advance. You have 14 days from receipt of the parcel to notify Maison Fabienne Delvigne that you wish to return your order.
- Items must be returned in new condition, unused, with all labels attached and intact, and in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. La Maison Fabienne Delvigne reserves the right to refuse any return where the sender cannot be identified or which does not comply with the specified return conditions.
- The parcel to be returned must be sent back within 7 calendar days of Maison Fabienne Delvigne being notified of your intention to cancel your purchase. Once this period has expired, we will no longer be able to accept the return, and it will be returned to you at your expense.
- All returns are at the Customer's expense.
- Custom-made Couture hats are non-refundable. For these creations, it will be stated that they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refund times
Maison Fabienne Delvigne reserves the right to offer the Customer an exchange or alteration of the returned product. If this is not accepted, a refund for the purchase will be issued within 30 calendar days of receipt of the parcel, in the currency used at the time of purchase.
Please note that all items will be checked before a return is accepted, provided that all the aforementioned conditions have been strictly adhered to.
The refund will then be processed directly to the card used for the purchase of the returned item, in the same currency.
