Purple Pipolies – Waregem – Maison Fabienne Delvigne

On 29 August, the Waregem Koerse took place, during which a hat competition was held. For the occasion, Maison’s Fabienne Delvigne had designed a new creation called “Pipolies“ for one of her clients. It was a great success, and she won second place in the competition along with numerous prizes. The press and television were also present and were quick to shine the spotlight on our winner.

This hat is made from banana fibres and dyed to the client's wishes in a violet colour. Banana fibre is a most precious material. Supple and fine with a pearlescent sheen, it lends all its strength to this creation. Furthermore, it is a natural and eco-responsible material. It is adorned with butterflies that were dyed with great patience and skill in our workshops.

Its matching pouch is also adorned with a butterfly.
