The elegant «Emma» cloche hat is sure to charm with its enveloping shape and feminine style. Maison crafts it from velvet felt, an exceptional material that is soft to the touch and rain-resistant.
A delicate silk flower adorns the model, bringing a precious touch. For a more understated look, Emma is also available with a simple ribbon, without the flower.
A handmade silk flower:
Maison creates each silk flower by hand, petal by petal. Whether it’s a rose, a camellia or another design: different shapes and sizes can be created on request. As a result, each flower adds a personal touch to the hat.
As for the velvet felt, it offers a softness comparable to that of cashmere. Its velvety appearance delicately catches the light and brightens the face. Furthermore, this material combines comfort, lightness and protection against the rain.

You will find below the procedure for measuring your head circumference and a conversion table in centimetres if needed.
Equipment needed: 1 metre sewing tape measure
If you don't have a sewing tape measure, you can take your measurement with some string, which you can then measure using a ruler.
To find out your hat size, you need to measure the circumference of your head in centimetres using a tape measure at the point where the hat would sit comfortably straight on your head, i.e. in the middle of your forehead and at the level of the bump at the back of your skull (1cm above your ears).
Fasten the tape measure as you would want your hat to fit. You need to round the measurement up to the nearest centimetre. If you measure 55.8 cm, your size is 56.
ATTENTION: Most sizing errors occur from pulling the tape measure too tightly around the head when taking measurements.

At Maison Fabienne Delvigne, every creation is prepared with the same care and attention as goes into its design. The packaging extends the Maison experience and accompanies the discovery of the hat in a spirit of’elegance and refinement.
Each hat is delicately wrapped in tissue paper, to preserve the fineness of the materials and the balance of the volumes.
It is then placed in a black hat box signed Fabienne Delvigne, designed to protect the creation.
One Certificate of authenticity accompanies each item and is slipped inside the box.
The creation is next delicately scented with Guerlain's Eau de Cachemire, a signature touch that evokes the wonderful collaboration between Maison Fabienne Delvigne and Maison Guerlain. Discover this collaboration.
The box is finally sealed with a knotted satin ribbon, a signature touch from Maison.
Headbands and small accessories are treated with the same care.
Each piece is wrapped in tissue paper and then placed in a black box bearing the Maison logo.
