History of the Bell Hat velvet felt
The cloche, also called a bell hat velvet felt, is a hat that originated in the roaring twenties.
These hats are worn low on the forehead. The eyes are visible just below the brim, emphasizing the look.
The bell hat can be made in all materials, for example, for summer it can be in parasisalstro, panama or even in parabuntal the finest of all materials. For winter it is usually made of felt. Velvet felt and melusin felt are preferred by Fabienne Delvigne. This material is waterproof.
