Manufacturing and lead time
When ordering on our eShop, an estimated lead time will be communicated. As our hats are handcrafted on demand in our workshop, the final manufacturing time may differ from the one advertised, that is considered as indicative.
The shipping time will be added to the lead time depending on the delivery option selection (standard or express) and the destination.
Coupon and discount code
If you have received a voucher, a gift card or a discount code, you can enter it at the checkout. Your reduction will immediately be deducted.
Payment options
To pay for your purchases, we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as Bancontact/Mister Cash debit cards in Belgium. Please note that the total order includes shipping and taxes.
Payment will be made to our Payment Provider that provides a secure payment system to encrypt and protect your information and ensure transaction security. This system is independent of the Maison Fabienne Delvigne which is not and cannot be held responsible for its operation. Maison Fabienne Delvigne has no access to your confidential payment data.
Your order confirmation
After your purchase, you will receive an email with a summary of your order.
If you have not received it, it is likely that it has been blocked by your spam filter. We invite you to check the spam folder of your mailbox and change the settings if necessary. If this is not the case, please check that your order has been registered by logging into your « My FD » account.
If you do not find a solution or if you have any questions concerning the processing of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Canceling or changing your order
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can accommodate the changes you would like to make.
As most of our hats are made to measure, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify your order once production is launched.
Delivery and billing address
Before finalizing your order, you will be asked to enter your delivery address. If you do not specify a shipping address, your parcel will be automatically delivered to the billing address.
If you are logged into your My FD account, you will need to confirm and/or modify your address book.
Make sure the shipping address is accurate and complete so your package can be delivered in due time to the specified address.
In the comment section, you have the option of providing specific instructions to the carrier.
Shipment tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow the different stages of delivery. You can therefore check the location and estimated delivery date.
We will also keep you informed of any additional manufacturing delays.
