The story of La Maison
The story of La Maison Fabienne Delvigne began in 1987, driven by a passion for creation and a unique perspective on the world of hats.
After studying marketing, Fabienne Delvigne founded her Maison in Brussels and developed a body of work where creation, artisanal know-how, and a sense of detail are central.
She begins by imagining high-fashion hats for events and weddings. In 2006, she launched the Casual collection, dedicated to everyday hats, followed in 2008 by a men's collection. In 2010, a selection of designs also became available via the Maison's e-shop.
Fabienne Delvigne receives her clients by appointment in the intimacy of her studio-boudoir, to imagine together the hat that will enhance the wearer.

Patented Supplier to the Belgian Court
La Maison Fabienne Delvigne has the honour of holding the prestigious title of Patent Holder to the Court of Belgium, a distinction that testifies to the excellence of its know-how and the quality of its creations.
This title was first bestowed upon her in 2001 by His Majesty King Albert II, then renewed in 2023 by His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium, confirming the lasting recognition of la Maison.
The House's signature is also appreciated by several European royal courts, notably in the Netherlands, Sweden and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Her Majesty Queen Máxima of the Netherlands very regularly wears la Maison's creations.
This presence within different royal families testifies to the international prestige of La Maison Fabienne Delvigne.

The creator notably collaborated with fashion houses such as Giorgio Armani, Chanel, Dior and Natan, and also designed a creation for the catalogue of the high jewellery house Van Cleef & Arpels.
Driven by a desire to explore new creative territories, she also collaborates with other worlds, such as the Carrières du Hainaut for the Kortrijk Biennale Interieur or Maison Guerlain.
Lightness, la Maison's signature
Light structures, subtly draped, which result in fluid creations and almost impalpable elegance.
Stylistic signature
The Maison Fabienne Delvigne is distinguished by an immediately recognisable stylistic signature, where Femininity, elegance, boldness and lightness unite to give birth to refined and contemporary creations.
In her approach, the milliner develops a body of work at the crossroads of two disciplines:
That of the architect, where forms are thought out with precision, proportions studied with rigour and the balance of volumes sought with accuracy in order to harmonise the silhouette. And that of sculptor, who drapes, models and shapes the material with dexterity to reveal its fluidity.
A craft trade
A savoir-faire where time, technical mastery, and attention to detail give rise to each creation with discernment and precision.
Workshop know-how
At the heart of la Maison Fabienne Delvigne is the workshop, the place where the hats and fashion accessories imagined by the designer come to life. Each piece is created there with particular attention paid to the shape, the material, and the precision of the craft.
In this creative space, the work adheres to the tradition of artisanal crafts, where time, technical mastery, and an eye for detail are essential. Exceptional materials: Parasisal straw, parabuntal, banana fibre, sisal, or velvet felt are carefully selected and then worked by hand to reveal their full finesse.
Exciting lectures
Sharing a passion and revealing exceptional knowledge of skill, at the heart of creation.
Passionate and committed Milliner
Since the creation of la Maison, Fabienne Delvigne has continued her work with the same passion and deep commitment to creation and artisanal know-how. A universe where the excellence of the artist's touch and aesthetic research are central.
Deeply committed to the sustainability of artisanal crafts, the creator regularly shares her experience and perspective on creation through the talks she gives in her workshop.
«The Art of Elegance
La Maison Fabienne Delvigne keeps alive an art of millinery where the architecture of shapes, lightness of materials, and timeless elegance meet to give birth to unique creations.
True to the spirit that has driven the creator since the beginning, each piece is designed to reveal the personality of the wearer and express la Maison's signature:

Societal Project – Caring Hat
Driven by a strong human dimension, Fabienne Delvigne launched the Caring Hat project in 2021, a line of hats and turbans specially designed for people facing hair loss due to serious illness or its treatments.
Thoughtfully crafted with the same exacting standards as la Maison's creations, these pieces are made from soft, natural materials to offer comfort, elegance and reassurance to those who wear them.
Following on from this initiative, the creator is also a co-founder of the non-profit organisation Caring Hat Fund, whose mission is to make these creations accessible to everyone by offering a partially or fully funded Caring Hat to those who cannot afford one.
Through this project, La Maison Fabienne Delvigne asserts a strong belief: to enable everyone to regain confidence, dignity, and self-esteem, even in the most difficult moments.
Because beauty and elegance should never be suspended, but rather accompany every stage of life with gentleness and humanity.
