On the occasion of the State Visit by H.E. Sir Peter Cosgrove, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, and H.E. Lady Cosgrove, Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium wore a creation by Maison Fabienne Delvigne.
This small red hat, called «Arpège», is made from banana fibres and adorned with a feather. It features graphic shapes that overlap to create movement and lightness.
