On 4 September 2019, Her Majesty Queen Maxima visited the West-Achterhoek Library in Doetinchem for the launch of the Online AI course. For the occasion, the Queen wore the «Bellissima» hat by Maison Fabienne Delvigne; a staple of her wardrobe.
