Visit of their Majesties to England

Coat of arms of the Belgian Court black and yellow with all text patented supplier to the Belgian Court

The King and Queen attended ‘Founder’s Day’ in London, which commemorates the founding of the Royal Hospital Chelsea, a maison that provides care for veterans of the British armed forces.  In his speech, the King paid tribute in particular to the British soldiers who fought in Belgium during the two world wars.

For this occasion, Queen Mathilde wore one of our creations, specially designed for her, «Chelsea».

This headdress is made of banana fibres and silk, adorned with feathers in shades of green.
